Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: Free cancellation.

• Up to 20 days before arrival: 50% refundable.

• From 19 days before arrival: Non-refundable.

Not included

• Security deposit: Any damages will be charged to your credit card after presentation of photographic evidence and invoice.

• Tourist tax: €5 per person, per day.

• Extra set of bed and bath linen: €15 per set.

• (Electric) bike rental: Available upon prior reservation.

• Additional cleaning during your stay: €30 (on request).

• No breakfast service is provided.
