Reservation policy

• Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt and verification of a valid credit card number and expiration date.

• Please note: the tourist tax is not included and is payable upon arrival.
  

Cancellation policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation.

• Up to 20 days before arrival: 50% refundable.

• From 19 days before arrival: non-refundable.
  

Not included

• Security deposit: any damages will be charged to your credit card after presentation of photographic evidence and invoice.

• Extra set of bed and bath linen: €15 per set.

• (Electric) bike rental: available upon prior reservation.

• Additional cleaning during your stay: €30 (on request).

• No breakfast service is provided.
  

Additional information

• The entire property is non-smoking.

• Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.

• Pets are not allowed.
